Regenerative LLC was founded in 2019 by Craig Willett, Atul Patel, and Misha Glasomitsky with a simple but powerful mission: grow high-quality cannabis sustainably, and make it affordable for everyone. That mission led us to a 13-acre parcel of untouched land in Uxbridge, Massachusetts; land that had never been developed or industrialized for over 150 years, as far back as Uxbridge records go. It was the perfect place to build something different.
Our cultivation philosophy is shaped by the decades of hands-on experience our founders and team bring to the table. Their deep understanding of how cannabis markets evolve and how to scale responsibly without sacrificing quality shapes everything we do. That expertise now drives Regenerative’s vision: forward-thinking, environmentally responsible, and rooted in proven practices.
Regenerative Cannabis Farming
We named our company after the principles that guide our cultivation, regenerative cannabis farming. Every season we give back to the soil more than we take. After harvest, all plant matter (roots, fan leaves, stems) is composted in partnership with a certified organic farm in MA and returned to our fields. Our products are what we call “99% organic” because while we don’t carry the official certification, our inputs, methods, and commitment to soil health meet and often exceed organic standards.
We grow under the sun, in living soil, using organic inputs, natural pest control, and time-tested techniques. It’s how we maintain vibrant soil health, preserve local ecology, and grow premium cannabis without the environmental footprint of indoor operations.
We operate under a Tier 10 outdoor cultivation license, making Regenerative the largest outdoor cultivator in Massachusetts, with 14 hoop houses for seasonal turns, and one of the largest extraction labs in Massachusetts. This allows us to focus on cannabinoid and terpene-rich flower, processed into clean, potent concentrates.

We believe that great cannabis shouldn’t come at a high price. That’s why in a state like Massachusetts where electricity costs are among the highest, we chose to grow under the sun instead of indoors, avoiding the high overhead of artificial environments.
Our regenerative, sun-grown model and focus on cannabinoids and terpenes keeps production costs low while delivering potent, flavorful flower and extracts that rival any indoor product on the market. That’s how Regenerative consistently delivers the best quality-to-cost ratio in Massachusetts.
Our Vision for the Future
Today, we’re proud to serve the Massachusetts cannabis community through cultivation and toll processing for many other cultivators, and we’re just getting started. Our next chapter includes launching a retail location to bring our products directly to consumers and complete our vision of being fully vertical, fully regenerative, and fully committed to quality.
